We suggest an annual check of all your detectors to insure they have not expired and the batteries are working properly. Most manufacturers of detectors say their product has a 7 year lifespan and they put the date of manufacture on the detector itself. Just because it’s still working doesn’t mean it is working properly. We stock first alert combination smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in our trucks.

Over the past 15 years our roofers have been doing roofing maintenance to catch the small openings that cause big leaks inside your home. We suggest a thorough inspection and sealing of all flat roofs be done twice a year in conjunction with gutter cleaning to insure all water on your roof goes exactly where it’s supposed to instead of into your home. Additionally we suggest all pitched roofs get inspected once per year to insure all flashing and vents are sealed properly as this is where most pitched roof leaks come from, we also suggest gutter cleaning during this service as well. Both flat and pitched roof services include sealing around any vents we see in that may cause an issue.
Sewer Televising
Do you have a drain that continuously keeps backing up and plumber after plumber charges you to keep rodding month after month? Why not televise the your lines and see if their is an underlying issue? We can televise and record you entire line and provide you with a usb drive of what we find, additionally the televising cost is deducted from all underground repair work that stems from the televising.
